User/Shared resource

User role : Report Designer

In order to see the resources, you have to select the “Templates” page. In the left sidebar, you have some folders that you can open: My Resources and Shared Resources. In the My resources, folder are located the templates and stylesheets uploaded so far by the reports designer user.

In the Shared Resources resources folder you can see all the resources that have been shared by other reports designers :

To share a resource, you have to go to My resources folder and select the desired type of resource. The next step is to select the resource name(filename) and you will be able to see the details about it. In the upper right corner you will have a menu bar:

You have to select “Share” button in order to share the specified resource. The same operation goes for unshare.
