Working in a large company we found that Rational Publishing Engine lacked a finishing touch and we wanted to be able to receive the reports by an internet service.
I looked up a way to make RPE available as an internet service and found GEBS Reporting Web Publisher.

We decided to test out GEBS Reporting Web Publisher I sent them a message by their website and was able to download a trial version.
Initially the installer we received did not work with our setup however I was able to contact a Technical Manager and after a couple of tests and web meetings we were able to get a build designed for our setup.

I would like to accommodate the support we received as they were understanding of our needs and willing to go out of their way to assist us.

GEBS Reporting Web Publisher itself, I found very user friendly and especially liked the fact that we could avoid installing RPE on every client and for the end-user it is a simple navigate to internet site, load the specification and generate report.

In my opinion GEBS Reporting Web Publisher should be an implemented part of RPE as it makes the product more complete.
