Generate documents with Rational Publishing Engine

This course provides an introduction to Rational Publishing Engine. It teaches participants how to configure the RPE Launcher component and how to generate documents from various IBM Rational data sources.

Level: Beginner

The Fundamentals of Rational Publishing Engine

This course is intended for people using RPE to design and create templates, to add advanced formatting information, to learn the best practices and finally to generate documents.

Level: Intermediary

Audience: People engaged in document generations process using Rational Publishing Engine.

• Use the Rational Publishing Engine Launcher to configure documentation generation for projects Generate documents that integrate information from various sources

Rational Publishing Engine – Template Design and Optimization

This course is intended for developers needing advanced customization of their Rational Publishing Engine templates.

Level: Advanced

• Basic knowledge of XML language and XML schema definitions

Generate requirements documents from Rational DOORS using Rational Publishing Engine

This course concentrates on generating documents using IBM Rational Publishing Engine with data extracted from IBM Rational DOORS. It teaches participants how to design and create templates that manipulate DOORS data, and how to use these templates to generate requirements documents from DOORS.
