This course provides an introduction to Rational Publishing Engine. It teaches participants how to configure the RPE Launcher component and how to generate documents from various IBM Rational data sources.

This course is intended for developers needing advanced customization of their Rational Publishing Engine templates.

  • Some knowledge of different rational tools like: Rational Team Concert, Rational DOORS, Rational requirements Composer, Rational RequisitePro, Rational Quality Manager and Jazz Platform (CALM)

RA23 Generate requirements documents from Rational DOORS using Rational Publishing Engine

This course concentrates on generating documents using IBM Rational Publishing Engine with data extracted from IBM Rational DOORS. It teaches participants how to design and create templates that manipulate DOORS data, and how to use these templates to generate requirements documents from DOORS.
