IBM WebSphere Application Server Community Edition 2

Uninstall the RA Web Publisher – REST Service component.

  1. Start the WASCE.
    • Select Start > All Programs > IBM WebSphere > Application Server Community Edition > Start the server.
  2. Open the WASCE administrative console.
    • Select Start > All Programs > IBM WebSphere > Application Server Community Edition > Administrative console.
  3. Undeploy the existing Web Application: webpublisher-rest-services.war
    • In the Console Navigation panel, go to Application section.
    • Select Web App WARs option to view all installed Web Applications.

    • Select webpublisher-rest-services.war component entry and go to the last column “Commands”.
    • Click on Uninstall link.
    • Press Ok button in the confirmation dialog. The Web Publisher REST Service component will be undeployed.
  4. Restart the Application Server.

Uninstall the RA Web Publisher – Web UI component.

  1. Repeat steps 1 and 2 from the REST Service component uninstall process.
  2. Undeploy the existing Web Application: webpublisher-webui.war
    • In the Console Navigation panel, go to Application section.
    • Select Web App WARs option to view all installed Web Applications.
    • Select webpublisher-webui.war component entry and go to the last column “Commands”.

    • Click on Uninstall link.
    • Press Ok button in the confirmation dialog. The Web Publisher Web UI component will be undeployed.
  3. Restart the Application Server.
